V. Return and exchange logistics

1. If you need to return or exchange goods, please send the goods back to our designated Singapore address on your own, subject to our return and exchange policy, and you will pay the postage in advance. After we receive and confirm that the goods are correct, we will refund the postage to you according to the original payment method.
2. For returns or exchanges caused by product quality problems, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs.

The above logistics policy is for reference only, and you can adjust and improve it according to the actual situation. For example, you can further clarify the specific name and service standards of the courier company, or formulate different delivery rules for different product categories.

In addition, you can also consider the following points to enrich and optimize your logistics policy:

Expedited delivery options

1. Provide expedited delivery services, such as delivery within 1-2 business days, for an additional fee.
- The fee can be set according to the urgency and distance of the delivery, such as 10-20 SGD.

Weight and volume restrictions

1. Specify the weight and volume limits of the package, which may be subject to additional charges or non-delivery.
- For example, the weight of a single package must not exceed 10 kg and the volume must not exceed 0.5 cubic meters.

Holiday delivery arrangements

1. Explain the delivery service arrangements during public holidays, such as suspending delivery on some holidays or closing orders in advance.

International delivery policy

1. If your business may expand to international delivery in the future, you can reserve space for relevant instructions in advance or briefly mention the possibility and general requirements of international delivery.
